The Mindful May Challenge is a chance to improve your mental health whilst also raising vital funds for Conwy Mind! You'll receive a calendar with 31 mindful challenges for you to complete in May - from expressing gratitude to doing Mindful miles! You'll learn new mindfulness techniques whilst also raising funds to help people struggling with their mental health.
Conwy Mind provide a number of free services for people who are facing mental health problems, with 1 in 4 people experiencing a mental health difficulty each year, thats nearly 30,000 people in our area each year in need of help and support for their mental health and wellbeing.
Conwy Mind are committed to working with the community to challenge stigma and discrimination associated with mental health, the delivery of inclusive services are accessible to everyone who needs them, ensuring no one has to face a mental health issue alone.
