Help and support from the local community mean the world to us as a mental health charity and allows us to continue to go above and beyond in providing counselling, dedicated children and family support, training and suicide prevention services to those most in need. It's more important now than ever before for us all - following the last 18 months and the struggles people have faced.
Inspired by Captain Sir Tom and his incredible fundraising effort for the NHS, we're working in partnership with local Pure Gym Centres and the public to encourage people to sign up to Miles for TOG Mind.
CAN YOU COMPLETE 100 MILES IN A MONTH? Maybe 50 miles would be more manageable for you and that's just fine!
Your miles can be completed any way you want - in a gym or outdoors. Set up your fundraising page on Just Giving - link with 'Miles for TOG Mind 2021' and get ready to start!
We'll help and support you every step of the way - as will our friends at Pure Gym.
You can track your miles throughout the month, post on social media and tag us and Pure Gym for further support and 'shout outs'. Also, for those who would like to fundraise in a more traditional way - we can provide sponsor forms where needed.
