Miles of Hope: The NOAH 30,000 Mile Challenge
This summer, NOAH is inviting people across Luton and the surrounding areas to take part in Miles of Hope, a community challenge with one shared goal: to walk 30,000 miles and raise £30,000 to support people facing homelessness and poverty.
For someone experiencing homelessness, every day can involve long and difficult journeys. A person may walk miles in search of food, warmth, safety, advice, medical support or simply somewhere to rest. Those journeys can be exhausting, isolating and often invisible.
Miles of Hope is about making those hidden journeys visible.
We are asking individuals, families, schools, churches, businesses and community groups to walk in solidarity. You can walk one mile, ten miles or one hundred miles. You can take part on your own, with friends, with colleagues or as part of one of our community walks.
There is no set distance you have to complete. Every mile counts. Walk what you can.
We are encouraging participants to aim for £1 per mile, but every donation makes a difference. Together, we can turn miles into awareness, fundraising and practical support for people in crisis.
By taking part in Miles of Hope, you are helping NOAH continue its work with people facing homelessness, poverty and exclusion across Luton.
This summer, walk in solidarity.
Every mile makes a difference.
