Story

This year's theme is "Nature and the Environment"

Nature, animals, and the environment play such important roles in our well-being and mental health.

We like taking small steps, starting from appreciating the little things.

Could you stop for a minute, an hour, an afternoon this week and immerse yourself in nature?

If it's either a jog in your local park, stroll by the river, walking barefoot on the sand, singing along with the birds, sitting on a bench with a brolly watching the rain, forest bathing, meditating in the outdoors...

What will you commit doing to connect with nature?
