Riding from Lands End to John O'Groats will, I know, be a bit of a slog but I have been training hard. I expect to do about 70 miles a day and so do the whole ride in 14 days. All the money raised which is in memory of my mother who passed away with cancer last September, will be channeled through Manchester Rotary Club (where I am an Associate Member) with 75% going to The Christie Hospital and 25% to other Rotary charities.
