Jumping out of an aircraft at 13,000 feet and plunging down to earth at speeds of over 120mph is a breathtaking and intoxicating experience of a lifetime and what a brilliant way to support Mid and North East Essex Mind.

Take part in this adrenaline fuelled experience with Mid and North East Essex Mind Skydive during Mental Health Awareness Week 2025.
