Story
Mental Elf is a 5km Festive Fun Run held on the last Sunday in November each year in Canterbury, Kent. For 2025 it will be held on 30 November.
The event's route runs along the River Stour and takes in the beautiful Westgate Gardens, Toddler's Cove and the riverside area of Hambrook Marshes.
It is a peaceful and attractive area and wonderfully flat with seating dotted along its route - this makes it perfect for less experienced runners. All profits from ticket sales will go directly to East Kent Mind, enabling us to support more local people with their mental health and wellbeing.
What’s included in the ticket price?
Registration, running number, medal for all finishers and an Elf hat for adults.
