1. Sign up to receive your fundraising pack (packed full of support, fundraising ideas and training tips).
2. Choose where and how you will swim your mile. You can spread it over weeks, months or if youre feeling brave you can do it all in one go! You can do it on your own or as a group.
3. Fundraise. Set up a JustGiving page and ask your friends, family and colleagues to sponsor you (you are swimming a whole mile after all!). You could even hold an event like a quiz or a bake sale. Your fundraising pack is full of great tips.
4. Swim. Complete your swim and feel like a champion!
