Thrill-seeking participants have volunteered to abseil down the Spinnaker Tower, whilst raising some pennies to support initiatives to improve the health and wellbeing of our NHS colleagues.

It is Brighterway's mission to support our colleagues, by supporting their health and wellbeing, they are playing their part in enabling the delivery of high quality care of our patients.

A message from Megan:-

My name’s Megan and I currently work within the Lead Training Team at Southern Health. I schedule the essential and clinical training for the trust, support the helpdesk and work within the Learning Environment Team supporting the admin for student placements.

I am the youngest of 6 children in my family and take after my siblings in being an adrenaline junkie.

I have previously completed a skydive from 10,000ft, which I loved, and am now excited to take on the challenge of the abseil down the Spinnaker Tower in June.

The thing I am looking forward to most is seeing the view on the way down and hopefully making a positive difference to the Brighterway Charity with the money that I raise.
