Get Kids Outdoors!
It is common these days to see young people glued to an electronic device, oblivious to activities going on around them. What happened to children spending countless hours exploring the outdoors?
One of the fundamental goals of the Missouri Conservation Heritage Foundation (MCHF) is providing opportunities for youth to learn various outdoor skills and to adopt outdoor recreation as a way of life. Want to help make sure today's kids become tomorrow's conservationists and outdoorsmen? Your $50 gift helps provide supplies for a hunting or fishing clinic; a $100 gift will fund a young person's week at nature camp.
Many of these projects are staffed by Missouri Department of Conservation employees, conservation/outdoors organizations, and volunteers. Interested in volunteering? Let us know.
