In 2020 we began working in aid of Manchester Central Foodbank to support the most vulnerable people in our communities. Since then, Manchester City fans have become the biggest regular donors to the foodbank and helped hundreds of our neighbours who are in poverty.

Our bread and butter is collecting food donations on matchdays (weekend home games for the men’s and women’s teams) but we know that lots of people would rather donate cash online rather than take food to the game. We have also been approached by groups of City fans who want to run their own foodbank fundraisers but aren’t sure how to send donations so that they reach the right place.

With that in mind, we have set up this permanent fundraising page in aid of Manchester Central Foodbank which MCFC fans (and others!) can contribute to as a one-off or if they want to set up a campaign or event of their own.

Football fans together can make a huge difference in their communities and City fans keep proving this each and every day. We hope that this fundraiser will continue to do the same.
