On Wednesday 12th April 2023, the McCarthy Stone Southern Division are taking on an incredible 48km walk along the Jurassic Coast to raise money for grassroots charities supporting older people.

Starting in Corfe Castle, the route starts at Swanage Pier, and along through Lulworth Cove, past Durdle Door, with ups & downs all the way to Weymouth. This is a very challenging route with big climbs and descents and the team will be training and practicing lots beforehand to make sure they can complete this difficult walk!

Every pound donated is matched by McCarthy Stone and used to support older people across the country through our charitable Foundation. McCarthy Stone Foundation

The Foundation provides vital funding and resources to grassroots charities and community groups to help them build happy and vibrant communities across the country that support older people. We provide help in three key areas: community grants, project support, and volunteering.
