MBCH foster parents are faced with an array of challenges and hurdles to overcome when preparing to take care of children in need. One of those hurdles is keeping their home licensed. Our goal for the 2022 Giving Tuesday campaign is to raise $15,000 to help provide 15 foster families with this support. It takes about $1,000 to keep your home licensed as a foster parent. This cost helps cover the required on-site visits, plus any other visits that might be needed due to questions and/or issues the foster parent might have or experience, to ensure the foster parent completes the required annual training hours, and for the case specialist to do the paperwork that is also required.

During this giving season we need your help to provide this monetary need for our foster families. Not only are you providing for the foster parents to help keep their home licensed but for each and every child that comes to their home.
