As a family, sadly we know only too well how tough Dementia can be on a person and their family and how important good dementia support is. That is why in a few weeks time just ahead of my next milestone birthday, I've decided to take up a challenge to swim 3.6km down part of the River Arun in a wetsuit - not something I ever thought I'd be able to do, that's both the distance and getting a wetsuit on. Please help me to increase the support available to people living with dementia by supporting Impact Initiatives who deliver information and innovative dementia services.
