Marvels and Meltdowns are looking for a new permanent home to be able to offer more opportunities for play and activity sessions for children and young adults and to expand the support network they offer for families affected by ADHD, ASD and SPD
The most interesting people you'll find are ones that don't fit into your average cardboard box. They'll make what they need, they'll make their own boxes. Dr. Temple Grandin
Autism can be a Lonely Journey
Children and the parents of a child with ADHD, ASD and SPD can often feel very isolated and alone.
Marvels and Meltdowns was born from this loneliness when the co-founders, both parents of children on the spectrum, formed the charity to support other parents and children in the local Gosport area.
It is now time to find the charity a home which allows them to extend their services they currently offer to more children and parents. A new home will allow them to provide lots more opportunities for children and young adults to play and participate in activities they may otherwise be excluded from, and also, for parents to have a space and support network to vent, ask for guidance and support and celebrate the victories of the day to day of living with a Marvel.
