Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who donated, followed the journey, liked. commented, shared our photos and spread the word generally about our challenge. The messages of support we received were so very much appreciated and really spurred us on through some difficult moments.

The total raised was an incredible £211,000! This money will change the lives of so many young carers both around Bolton and across the whole UK. In addition (and as equally important) together we have raised much needed awareness of the plight of these amazing kids who really are the most isolated group amongst all young people.

Every penny you have so kindly donated will go directly to Carers Trust and Bolton Lads and Girls Club so they may continue to run their programmes providing vital support young carers.

Watch this space for what might be to come…. I just may not be done yet!
