Maksymilian, now three years old, faces life with spastic quadriplegic cerebral palsy. Born prematurely, he overcame a tough battle in the hospital, proving that cerebral palsy is not a life sentence but a challenge to overcome. His intellectual development is as bright as any child his age. We are committed to helping him achieve independence through regular rehabilitation, individual therapy, and daily exercises. The costs for these essential supports are high, but we believe in his potential. Despite everything, Maksymilian has a real chance of achieving full independence, and as his parents, we are dedicated to supporting his dreams every step of the way.

7.5% of all donations to Tree of Hope in relation to this appeal will be allocated to the general charitable purposes of Tree of Hope to cover our core operating costs.

If we raise insufficient funds or surplus funds, the funds will be used, if appropriate, to support our child's needs in accordance with Tree of Hope's charitable objects. If, in those circumstances, we are unable to use all or part of the funds for the benefit of our child in accordance with Tree of Hope's charitable objectives, any funds that cannot be used will be transferred for general charitable purposes of Tree of Hope.
