Did you know that 84 men per week in the UK tragically take their own lives? It’s a staggering statistic that highlights the urgent need for increased mental health support and awareness in our communities.
That’s why we’re thrilled to announce our upcoming 84-day fitness challenge! We’re dedicating 84 days to raising awareness and funds for mental health initiatives that can truly make a difference.

Complete the challenge on your own, as a team or class group, or with the family.
This challenge is about doing it YOUR way and making a meaningful impact.
