Your first summit in the early morning will see you ascend 2,227 feet to the top of Pen-y-ghent, but there will be no hanging around, as you trek on through to midday and your second summit, Whernside, the highest peak at 2,415 feet.

Finally the afternoon will lead you on to your third and final summit, up 2,372 feet to the top of Ingleborough, with awe-inspiring views across the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Make every step count

Because people like you support Liverpool Women’s Hospital Charity, we can enhance the patient experience by providing services and equipment above what is normally funded by the NHS. As a small charity responsible for supporting the only specialist Trust for women and babies in the country, we truly value your help.

Every day, on average, 24 babies are born in Liverpool Women’s and another 3 babies are born prematurely and cared for in our Neonatal Unit. As the largest single site maternity hospital in the UK, we pride ourselves on being the hospital of choice for thousands of expectant mothers, providing the full cycle of care of antenatal to post-natal care.

As well as providing a specialist service for urogynaecology, we are the specialist regional centre for cancer services for gynaecology oncology. We also have a 24 hour gynaecology Emergency Room and an Early Pregnancy Assessment Unit, giving rapid access to medical treatment and ultrasound scans for women who experience an emergency, especially in the early stages of pregnancy. We run menopause clinics and offer support for women health at all stage of their lives.

Putting patients first is what we do.

Liverpool Women's Charity is registered with the Charity Commission, registration number 1048294.
