We're passionate about putting our heart into building better lives for our communities.

We want to galvanize our efforts as an organisation of over 4,000 people to create an impact to help families and prevent social exclusion.

We're proud to be partnering with the charity Family Action who have been building stronger families since 1869, and today work with over 60,000 families through over 160 community-based services.

Our support will assist Family Action to transform lives by providing practical, emotional and financial support to those who are experiencing poverty, disadvantage and social isolation across the country through FamilyLine.

Family pressures can be difficult to manage without emotional support and guidance to help. The free FamilyLine service offers a confidential service to families by using a network of volunteers from across the country to support people over the age of 18 through telephone calls, email, web chat and text message.

FamilyLine, supported by LV= helps families and individuals to navigate complex family issues and give guidance and advice. This type of support is more important than ever, and during the COVID-19 pandemic, Family Action have seen demand for their FamilyLine service increase dramatically.

And you'll be able to play your part in making this happen through fundraising to raise money to help others in a meaningful way.
