Story
After some health difficulties over the last few years, I wanted to find a way to improve my mental health as well as my fitness, and running has been the perfect outlet for this. I think it’s so important to advocate for your own mental health, especially when working in the NHS.
I’m hoping to raise some money for the amazing respiratory team that I have worked within since 2017 and will hopefully encourage some colleagues to start running along the way - if I can do it, anyone can!!
