Lost Hours Walk 2021

It's time to unite against suicide. 125 people take their own lives every week in the UK. That's not ok. This October, we're taking to the streets across the UK to walk against suicide.

Story

Suicide takes the lives of 125 people every week in the UK. That's not ok. This October, we're coming together to walk forward, against suicide, as the clocks go back.

With every walk, we're dealing with grief differently and defiantly and remembering our sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, mothers, fathers, partners, loved ones and friends. The Lost Hours Walk helps CALM to continue to provide life-saving services to those that need them, including our free, confidential and anonymous helpline and webchat.

Every donation helps CALM to be there, no matter what.
