Hamoaze House was established in 1998 and provides opportunities for support to adults, families, individuals and young people whose lives are affected either directly or indirectly by problematic relationships with alcohol and other substances.

Story

Hamoaze House offer a warm, nurturing, safe environment that encourages people to build safety and trust for themselves with both peers and staff, offering time to think, to focus on their assets & strengths as well as developing and building relationships with supportive family and friends. They value engagement & develop authentic, congruent, kind relationships and collaboratively co-produce bespoke care plans.

The vision of Hamoaze House is to improve the lives of people, supporting the whole person to meet their aspirations, and to participate in and contribute in all aspects of life.

When people with histories of problematic alcohol and drug use are given opportunities to change and positions of trust this can have a significant and positive impact on their lives.
