Story
This summer, a passionate group of justice-seeking cyclists will be tackling a 300km cycling challenge - which they've previously cycled across three days - in just 24 hours! All to support of the work of International Justice Mission.
Beginning in France's stunning capital and ending in London, this group of JustRide champions will depart from the centre of Paris, cycling through the French countryside before crossing the channel and cruising down England's beautiful country lanes, finishing in Parsons Green, Central London.
#JustRide is raising funds for one vital reason: to help bring an end to modern slavery and violence around the world. An estimated 50 million children, women and men are held in slavery today, with the pandemic, climate crisis and conflicts increasing the vulnerability of people living in poverty encountering violence and exploitation. Your support will help IJM continue this crucial work to stop slavery and violent oppression for good.
International Justice Mission is a global organisation that protects people living in poverty from slavery and violence. One of the largest organisations of it's kind, IJM partners with local authorities in 24 programme offices in 14 countries to combat slavery, violence against women and children, and police abuse of power by:
- Bringing people to safety and supporting survivors with trauma-informed care
- Bringing criminals to justice
- Helping local law enforcement strengthen justice systems
- Scaling demand for protection to build safe communities
IJM and partners have brought over 85,000 people to safety since 1997, and seen slavery decrease by up to 86% in place where they have worked, and they won't stop until all are free.
