Ride with us, #TeamTheo, as we team up with another six of the UK's leading children's hospital charities and cycle from London to Amsterdam to raise vital funds to support the life-changing work at our hospitals.

This fantastic cycling challenge sees us cover approximately 335 miles in 4 days cycling through an amazing 4 countries! Cycling across beautiful Kent countryside, from France into Belgium for an overnight stay in Bruges and then pedalling along sleepy coastal Dutch lanes will give us a great European cycling experience. Upon reaching our finish in Amsterdam we celebrate our achievements and enjoy a little ‘Dutch courage’, albeit a little late!

The cycling may get tough imagine the sense of achievement you'll feel crossing the finish line, amongst a euphoric atmosphere. The saddle soreness soon wears off!
