We won't give up until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
We provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
By taking part in the 2022 TCS London Marathon for Mind, you can help to ensure that no one has to go through a mental health problem alone.

Beth
This is Beth. Beth struggled with depression and anxiety for many years, hitting a major crisis point in 2018. During a moment of desperation, Beth looked for help online, and she found Mind. She found lots of advice on how to discuss mental health problems in medical appointments, how to share struggles with family and friends, and advice for friends and family to help them find ways that they could offer support.
I ran the London Marathon for the first time in 2018. In training, I discovered that running could reduce my anxiety and it gave me back a level of headspace. I ran the marathon again in 2019, 2020 and 2021 to raise money for Mind. The support they offered was amazing. The designated Mind cheering spots were brilliant to run past I loved knowing that the people there were willing you on, and were truly appreciative of the funding that the marathon generates for the charity."
