NOMAN raises awareness about the HPV-related cancer epidemic in men and women, and campaigns for universal HPV vaccination, whilst challenging participants to extreme endurance races across the world.

HPV is the causal agent of 5% of all cancers, and over 80% of us will come into the virus at some stage in our lives. We can prevent 5% of cancers simply by vaccinating both boys and girls against this devastating virus.
