Blueprint for All is a charity dedicated to tackling inequality in all forms by transforming the life chances of young people and communities.

We believe in a future where talent is respected and nurtured irrespective of where it comes from, where organisations recognise and realise the benefits of a diverse workforce and where our communities can come together and thrive. This is our plan for laying the groundwork for a more inclusive society to emerge. Our high-impact programmes help young people from diverse ethnic backgrounds and communities succeed by offering practical opportunities and assistance, as well as pushing systemic change in organisations and society.

Although we have made great strides towards a fairer society, much more still needs to be done.
