Story

World Cancer Research Fund (WCRF) is one of the worlds leading cancer prevention charities. We champion the latest and most authoritative scientific research from around the world on cancer prevention and survival through diet, weight and physical activity. We help people make informed lifestyle choices and empower them to lead healthier, happier and cancer-free lives.

Around 40% of cancers in the UK are preventable equating to nearly 147,000 cases every year. Our evidence shows that after not smoking, eating a healthy diet, being more active each day and maintaining a healthy weight are the most important ways you can reduce your cancer risk.
