Help Animals In This Year's Virtual London Marathon
This October, you and our other wonderful supporters have the chance to raise much-needed funds to support PETA's life-saving work for animals by taking on the London Marathon - with a twist.
Because of current circumstances, the iconic event has had to deviate from its usual course - quite literally - by going virtual. On 4 October, participants will have a full 24 hours to run the 26.2-mile distance from anywhere in the world.
PETA relies entirely on donations to carry out our life-saving work to get animals out of laboratories, fur farms, and other horrific places, and the money you raise will be put to the best possible use in achieving more crucial victories to help them.
To get involved, simply head over to the London Marathon website to enter the race, then set up your JustGiving fundraising page for PETA and start sharing it far and wide.
You could run the race alongside family or friends while respecting social distancing guidelines. Just make sure you cover the miles safely. And have fun challenging yourself!
On behalf of the whole PETA team, best of luck, and thank you for your vital support.
