Two senior rowers in sixth form are independently raising money in aid of The 1863 Club! Please support them as much as you can for this worthwhile cause.
The club offers an inclusive rowing programme for secondary school students and the teenagers are raising money to purchase much needed safety equipment and resources. This funding will allow the 1863 Club to continue to teach wide groups of young people who would normally not have the opportunity to learn how to row or be part of a Rowing Club.
On 19th November 2022, both boys are cycling from London to Brighton taking in over 3 counties and some of Englands most challenging ascents. This will be a ride that they will be training hard for with grit and determination.
The boys are therefore asking you to support them on their ride and to help them raise money for their fantastic club and in return the recognition to help the 1863 club to continue support hundreds of children to row, develop and prosper through their amazing rowing programme!
The boys would like to raise £16,000 so please donate generously and help them in their quest to help young people develop into well-rounded, healthy and happy young adults.
