Story

The Warriors Community Foundation has been supporting the most vulnerable people in our community for the lat ten years.

We are committed to supporting and improving the lives of people who are marginalised due to mental health or physical disability. We are advocates for people who are in desperate need; those who are homeless or live in poverty; those who are disengaged from society and those who have lost their way.

We find ourselves in difficult times, as others do. But in order to continue to support our community we need our community to support us, now! These are unprecedented times and people need our support now more than ever. We need to work together to ensure this valuable work continues. Please help us to help our beloved participants from our Homeless projects, our Dementia and mental health initiatives, our HITZ programme for disengaged young people and our disability sports initiatives. Every £1 will make a difference.
