The idea is simple - just choose an activity, set a goal, and get active every day from 1 to 31 May. Whether it's squatting, dancing, hula-hooping, or HIIT, get active each day and fundraise for animals along the way. Why not get your friends and family on board and challenge each other too?
Share your inventive workout ideas and videos with your friends - and with us, of course - on Facebook and Instagram using the hashtag #LockdownFitnessChallenge. You may just get a special shout-out. And if you need some extra motivation, ask your friends and family to sponsor you to give you a boost across the proverbial finishing line.
Our top fundraisers will be eligible for a handful of mystery prizes, so spread the word - and your fundraising page - far and wide.
Most importantly, though, we want to make sure that you have fun, keep active, and stay connected.
