It doesn't matter how you do it: walk, run, cycle, swim, or even horse ride - as long as you have fun and raise as much as you can for LNAA. Don't worry if you miss the odd day - this event is aimed at encouraging as many people as possible to get involved for a great cause. It's also a perfect way to get active in the lead-up to summer!

The Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance is one of the UKs leading Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) Charities, funded purely by the generosity of people like you! In 2023 our crew attended 1771 life changing missions. We provide the equivalent of an A&E department directly to the scene of some of the most serious of incidents and devastating injuries across Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire.

We are not part of the NHS and not funded by the Government. With each mission costing an average of £4,000, the charity needs to raise in excess of £10million each year to keep us by your side when you need us most. We simply can't be there without your support.
