But on top of this, we strive to make everyone's stay with us the very best it can be and help families to enjoy being together at an often difficult time. As well as fulfilling their medical and emotional needs, our team try to make the little things that make a big difference happen for our patients.

This could be helping to organise a birthday celebration, a trip out in the fresh air, or to serve a favourite dessert after tea. Because our families tell us that sometimes its these little moments that stay with them long after a loved one has died.
