Challenge yourself by taking part in our abseil off the highest building at the Lister Hospital to raise funds for your local Hospital Charity.

Your sponsorship will play a huge part in enhancing and improving patient care across our hospitals by funding the very best kit and equipment, cutting edge research and special extras for patients.

The Abseil will take place down the iconic 11 storey Tower block. Participants must meet in the coffee lounge to register and will be taken up to the roof in smaller groups. No training required, just general good health, fitness and the guts to abseil from the roof of our highest building!

Spaces are limited for this special event so if your friends and family would like to join you, book now to avoid disappointment. Abseil time slots will be allocated upon booking but the first abseil will commence at 9am finishing at 4pm. Participants must be over the age of 18 years and in good general health to take on the challenge. Weight restrictions may apply.

It costs £35 to book your place (NHS staff are offered a discounted rate of £18) and all abseilers must pledge to raise a minimum of £200 in sponsorship for our hospital charity.
