Licketyspit has been working with 150 wonderful families since the start of the Pandemic. Most are refugees without family in Scotland.

Many are isolated and live with great uncertainty & anxiety on very little money. Christmas is of course an especially challenging time (especially with the pandemic!)

Our Storyplay approach shows us how people flourish when they know they are seen, heard, included and valued. So Licketyspit is asking our friends, family and colleagues if you feel you can, to join us in contributing to our Christmas Fundraiser.

And/or to join our #xmasdressup Challenge to spread the word!

We hope to distribute vouchers families can exchange for presents so we can make a small demonstration of our collective good wishes for them. (If we exceed our target we will be able to be more generous to these families.)

This week we had to cancel our Xmas Party which would have been a real Christmas treat for the families we work with, so our fundraising targets mean even more to us!
