Visit the charity's profileThe Summer Celebration is a brand new event for Little Hearts Matter, and is the perfect way to commemorate our 25 year anniversary. Every single penny counts and helps us to continue the valuable support we give to those living with half a heart and their families.
Up to 550 babies are diagnosed as having a single ventricle heart condition each year across the UK - thanks to your help we can be there for more families affected by this diagnosis. Thank you!
