These are difficult times for us all and the Covid-19 virus is having a profound effect on our lives not least here in the hospital which, as a centre of excellence for the treatment of heart and lung diseases, is at the forefront of the fight against this awful disease.

As well as protecting patients, staff and visitors we need to consider the impact that the virus is likely to have on our ability to continue to support the hospital as we have done.
