This year we are celebrating 100 years of Kingswood. Kingswood and now Kingswood Trust has been helping disadvantaged children and families to connect with nature for better health and wellbeing, providing many free and subsidised outdoor learning opportunities since 1923. We hope our campaign will be be supported by individuals and businesses to help as many families as we can in this special year.
Kingswood Trust provides day and residential activities, offering opportunities for outdoor learning and fun for all ages. Everyone benefits from connecting with nature and with their families and friends. Kingswood Trust is a beautiful 9 acre site with natural resources that help people to have fun and build positive relationships, whilst learning about the environment and improving their physical and mental health.
We hold the Learning Outside the Classroom Quality Badge and have been honoured with The Queen's Award for Voluntary Service. Our work is powerful and important to the whole community and nature itself.
