Story
Update from Fundraising and Commercial Manager, Lesley Wiggins;
"Good Afternoon, Friends of Kilbryde. In these uncertain times
we find ourselves in, we must take this time to remember the patients, families and service users we continue to care for here at Kilbryde.
Our amazing Fundraising and Retail Team have worked tirelessly over the last year raising the required £53,000 a week which is what it takes to care for all our patients and their families, whether it be in the In-Patient Unit, Day Services, or Care at Home. Our Fundraising Team now find themselves postponing events and pretty much all fundraising activities and unfortunately its only a matter of time before we have to close our shops. We have lost the support of many of our dedicated volunteers due to the sensible precautions we have had to take as an organisation and we wish them well until we see them back again.
Kilbryde Hospice will be forever grateful to the communities who have helped us with their support over the years. Appreciating how difficult it is a time for everyone across our communities, we ask you at this difficult time to remember Kilbryde. We would also appreciate any donation, large or small, which will help Kilbryde to continue providing care to our patients and their families.
Please stay safe and I look forward to welcoming you to one of events in the not to distant future.
