Story
Introduction:
65% of Women And Girls in Africa are unable to afford basic sanitary products and 10% of girls miss school because they do not have access to menstrual products. This is the sad reality.
Access to menstrual products is essential for anyone who menstruates. So is the right to manage our periods without the stigma. Around the world, millions can't afford or don't have access to the safe menstrual products they need. A lack of access to menstrual products means some people are forced to manage their periods in dangerous and unsanitary ways. Its not only the potential health risk, it also means girls education, well-being, and sometimes their entire lives are affected.
Our Mission:
We have tirelessly worked on designing reusable pads, the solution to this pressing problem. These reusable pads have been crafted after months of research and trials. Our goal is to distribute these pads to young girls in rural areas, providing them with a sustainable and hygienic solution for their menstrual needs. Each package contains 6 reusable pads, pants, a bar of soap other useful hygiene products. Each pad lasts a minimum of 3 years, offering a cost-effective and long-term solution.
Education And Empowerment:
Our mission goes beyond distributing pads. We understand that education and awareness play a crucial role in breaking the cycle of period poverty. That's why, along with the reusable pads, we will provide comprehensive menstrual education and female hygiene information to these young girls. Knowledge empowers them to manage their periods safely and with dignity.
