Thrill-seeking participants have volunteered to abseil down the Spinnaker Tower, whilst raising some pennies to support initiatives to improve the health and wellbeing of our NHS colleagues.

It is Brighterway's mission to support our colleagues, by supporting their health and wellbeing, they are playing their part in enabling the delivery of high quality care of our patients.

I have worked for Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust for over 20 years.

I am not a fan of height so this will be a challenge. So, I am really stepping out of my comfort zone.

If I cannot support this brilliant charity along with some brilliant work colleague, I would not put myself forward.

It will be an amazing event, but I will be scared at the beginning and wobbly legs at the end.
