The Van Diemen Formula Ford car is a key part of our history but we also want to make sure it is fit to take us into the future as we seek to build the team and develop all the activities of the charity. The car will be racing in the Classic Formula Ford championship, along with being available for outreach events with our church partners and other opportunities to take our story to a wider audience.

We are already underway with this campaign and have started the rebuild of the car by stripping the car down to the chassis. The car will then undergo a full process of being built back up to be as competitive as possible and reliable for the next season and beyond. The total amount we need to raise is £10,000. We have finances pledged for £2500 which has enabled us to start the rebuild, now we are asking for your help and generosity to complete the program and raise the rest of our target. If we reach the £10,000 goal the charity will be able to complete the rebuild and be ready to operate a full program in 2024.
