Jog 28 miles in February and raise vital funds for Pancreatic Cancer UK.

1. Personalise your Facebook fundraising page. Make sure you share your distance, fundraising goals and why youre taking on the challenge.

2. Kick start your fundraising by making a donation. Just £10 would cover the cost of your welcome pack, so why not be the first to donate to your page to encourage your friends and family to help you reach your target.

3. Wear your t-shirt. Snap a selfie and post it onto the Jog 28 miles in February Facebook group to connect with the team.

By jogging 1 mile a day in February you are funding vital world-leading research to find that breakthrough in new treatments and further improve the speed of diagnosis. As well as allowing us to continue supporting people with pancreatic cancer now through our specialist nurse Support Line and expert information.
