Story

Run, walk, dance, prance, jog or jingle your way around Buxton's Pavilion Gardens to raise funds for Blythe House Hospice!

Blythe House Hospice provides care and support for those in the High Peak community affected by cancer, life-limiting illness or bereavement. The care and support Blythe House provides remains completely free of charge. By taking part and fundraising you help us to continue to provide these much needed services.

The registration fee covers the cost of running the event, therefore we do ask each Santa to try to raise at least £30 in sponsorship.

£50 would pay for three hours Hospice at Home care for someone in their last weeks of life.

£100 would pay for half a days physiotherapy for a patient struggling with mobility as a result of their illness.

£150 would pay for 5 counselling sessions for a bereaved child at one of the hardest times of their life.

£450 would pay for three nights of care for a patient at the end of their life who wants to remain in their own home.
