Organised by It Takes Balls To TalkIT TAKES BALLS TO TALK is a chariy which uses sporting themes to encourage people, particularly men, to talk about how they feel. We are raising funds to help fund our work within the community to reach out to men struggling with mental health.
Six out of ten men who experienced a life crisis in the last year did not seek help, preferring to try and solve the problem themselves. The survey from Samaritans on 500 men found that some 37% would've felt like a burden if they opened up.
