Why?
At a time when many of us are still working from home, and lockdown motivation has dwindled, we ask you to take inspiration from our Isabel nurses, who have been and still are on their feet constantly, going above and beyond to care for patients during these difficult times.
Join us in this STEPtacular challenge and let your feet do the talking by walking, skipping, running or even dancing your way to complete 10,000 steps a day for a month!

How do I track my steps?
Track your daily steps by using your Fitbit or download any step counter app onto your phone like Pacer pedometer, Fitbit app, StepsApp or Strava. To download go to the App Store or GooglePlay Store.
However you move and wherever you move, you'll be raising money to support our patients, we'll be with you every step of the way.
