Hi Everyone,

Our friend Helen, is excited to share that she will be running the Cardiff Half Marathon on October 6th 2024, to support the incredible work of the ‘It’s On The Ball’ Testicular Cancer Charity.

Testicular Cancer is the most common cancer among young men, but it's also one of the most treatable if detected early. However, many men are still unaware of the signs, and this can lead to delays in diagnosis and treatment. Sadly, men’s health issues are still not talked about enough. The ‘It’s On The Ball’ Testicular Cancer Charity is doing amazing work to raise awareness and support those affected. They provided incredible support for myself and my Husband when he went through Testicular Cancer at just 28 years old. Thankfully, after an early diagnosis and treatment 5 years ago, he is now fit and well.

This cause is very close to our hearts, and we want to do everything we can to support Helen in her challenge. The money raised will go towards ensuring more men are supported and for continuing to raise awareness so that men have the best chance of beating it.
