Organised by War Years RememberedWar Years Remembered is currently at risk of being a casualty of the Covid-19 pandemic. Due to opening restrictions we have lost almost all of our annual income and we are struggling to operate without the needed funds.

2023 Update
We are pleased to announce that the museum has just signed the lease for new premises in Newtownards, Co. Down. We would like to thank everyone who had donated to the campaign. It was amazing to see the love and support we received and without those funds we wouldn't have been able to continue to operate since the museum’s closure.
We are now closing the In the Footsteps of Heroes campaign and launching a new fundraiser to help relocate to and renovate the new premises. Work has now began on packing up the museum in Ballyclare and moving it to Newtownards. We hope to reopen the museum by mid 2024.
